Vitaliy joined Valuation Consulting in May 2025, specialising in the valuation of businesses, shares, intellectual property rights, and other intangible assets.

Prior to joining VC, Vitaliy has worked in PwC’s Audit division for over 4 years, having joined PwC in Mar 2021 on the ACA graduate scheme. Through his work in audit, he developed industry expertise by working with a wide variety of clients in sectors ranging from architecture, biomedicine, chemicals, metals, to consumer retail and brand management, and companies ranging from mid-sized businesses to publicly listed corporations. Vitaliy’s work included gaining comfort over the recoverability of goodwill and investments, which led to his interest in intangible asset valuations.

Vitaliy is an ACA ICAEW Chartered Accountant (since May 2024) and has passed all his chartered accountancy exams on first attempt. He also holds the Level 7 Apprenticeship and the Audit Qualification. Vitaliy previously studied BEng Joint Mathematics and Computer Science at Imperial College London, graduating in June 2020.

Going forward, Vitaliy is looking to further progress his professional studies by studying for the CFA professional qualification.
